What cost the formation of a company?

The formation of a company in Bulgaria with our agency is possible at an affordable ALL - INCLUSIVE- PRICE.

Our All - inclusive package includes:

•  Transfers to/from the airport to the hotel and our office.

•  Hotel accommodation in a Spa Hotel for five nights.

•  Official office address for the company for the first year with post service.
  

• Creation of the founding documents by a lawyer.
  

• Oral translation of the contents of the documents through a translator. 
  

• Registration of the company in the commercial register with translated excerpt.
  

• Two company stamps. 

About the current price for our all-inclusive package we like to inform you on request.

Payment terms: 50% of the cost must be paid in advance after the order confirmation. The balance due 10 days before the scheduled date for the Company foundation by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival at our office. To send documents  abroad shipping costs are additional.
